REFUND/REPLACEMENT/RETURN POLICY

• You may return or exchange any item purchased from Shockrula Art Studio within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.

4. Return Shipping:
